Built from the factory site’s former power station at the center of the property, The Powerhouse Building is a 4,500 sq ft amenity center designed to bring together residents from all of Bancroft Lofts, through smartly distanced community spaces and activities. Bancroft Lofts was recognized as a 2023 recipient of the prestigious Mayor Thomas M. Menino Legacy Award! This amazing award recognizes the best historic preservation projects in Massachusetts each year.
